Our story

With nearly 30 years of experience in Vietnam’s business and investment landscape, we have encountered and overcome countless challenges—many of which, at the time, seemed insurmountable. In difficult moments, we often found that those within our own organization were influenced by the perspectives and decisions of the leadership. Their networks and financial capacities were, understandably, limited in comparison, and thus they were unable to provide truly effective solutions to help us navigate the crisis.It was during those times that we came to realize the critical need for external support—professionals who could help us connect the dots, offer fresh perspectives, and identify practical solutions to move forward.After decades of working in the market, we recognized a growing demand among entrepreneurs and businesses for external strategic advisory services. In response, we established Mitritín Vietnam Co., Ltd., a consulting firm licensed under Vietnamese law and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, to provide strategic consulting services tailored to businesses.We have observed that many entrepreneurs already manage promising business ecosystems with strong potential. With the right strategy—particularly through optimized restructuring into a group holding model—these ecosystems can be elevated to new levels of growth and sustainability.
